First things first: I am very sorry I haven't replied to any favorites or comments lately! Art has been slow in coming lately and I just really haven't been keeping up with this website. However, I'm beginning to pick up my pace again and am hoping to be able to post more art soon. Deciding a path for my future has left my inspiration rather cloudy as of late. However, things are starting to move in a beneficial direction. I've almost achieved my Associates of Arts degree, and am looking into continuing towards my Bachelors. ~~~ Need to update my profile picture, too. the last one is 6 or 7 years old >.>

So, as part of my 'Blast From the Past' series, I redid an old drawing from 5-6 years ago. This particular piece is 'Angel with the Scabbed Wings', a full-body portrait of Marilyn Manson from his Anti-Christ Superstar days. The original concept came from some of the album art of that album. Now, compare the two, and see the absolute difference that 6 more years of art experience can do. I've decided that after I finish a few prior engagements, I am going to take everything I have learned in the past six years and reapply it to some very old work. Some of these pieces date 8-10 years old, and none of them are great. However, I have chosen the 10 most promising old pieces I'd like to see dine PROPERLY, and I will, around school and other things, flesh them out. A few of these actually have very good composition and design, but I was lacking in skill at the time I attempted to draw them.
